At TTI NORTH AMERICA, we provide Ceramic Pulley Lining services. We handle the process of installing a protective layer made of small ceramic pieces, such as alumina, embedded in a flexible rubber base, designed to cover the outer surface of pulleys in conveyor belt systems.

This type of process is very common in heavy industries such as mining, cement plants, quarries, and bulk cargo terminals, where working conditions are extreme. This provides the following advantages: Increased traction, wear resistance, and reduced belt tension.*
